CAFIA‘s offer to food retailers and producers affected by floods

The Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority (hereinafter CAFIA only) offers cooperation to all members of the Federation of the Food and Drink Industries of the Czech Republic and the Czech Confederation of Commerce and Tourism as well as to all premises operators registered at CAFIA, which have been affected by the serious flood situation. Affected subjects can address to local inspectorates of CAFIA and apply for extraordinary inspection of the premises, which will provide records on damages and will suggest sufficient solutions. List of inspection findings will be submitted to inspected subjects via the official report on the inspection. This is highly transparent solution of the current situation and some major retail premises have already requested such a cooperation.
