Latest overview of detected foodstuffs with modified use by dates
02/26/2012The Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority (CAFIA) publishes another list of products at which incorrect use by dates were found during inspections carried out in retails. Mishandling of these data presents flagrant violation of respective legal regulations and internal rules of sellers as well.
In recent days, CAFIA identified almost two dozens of products in retails of which use by dates were modified or their use by dates after slicing were exceeded. Deficiencies were also found at labelling of milk products and their substitutions.
