CAFIA authorized an Ahold food-store reopening

The CzechAgriculture and Food Inspection Authority authorized the reopening of a food-store belonging to Ahold Czech Republic in Ciglerova street, Prague, which was ordered to close yesterday due to unsatisfactory hygienic conditions.

In today's follow-up inspection it met all hygienic requirements; the visit was conducted this morning and CAFIA inspectors were accompanied by Ahold's business executives. The shop was cleaned including the hard-to-reach areas. Waste was removed and yesterday´s goods were assorted.

All deficiencies have been removed and therefore CAFIA allowed to re-open the facility.
