These objections, however, did not have suspensive effect and Templářské sklepy Čejkovice, wine cooperative is obliged to act according to the imposed measures, i.e. to withdraw misleadingly labelled wines identified in the measures from the market.
-
On the basis of the raised objections, the director of the Inspectorate in Brno decided to refine the imposed measures in order to ensure to the maximum extent possible demanding procedural requirements laid down by legislation which are often used by inspected persons to challenge decisions of administrative authorities in the judicial review.
-
New versions of the measures were handed over to the inspected person on 19. 11. 2010, however, the facts remain intact, i.e. it was found that misleadingly labelled wines in the terms of their origin had been marketed and vine documentation had not been kept properly. The deadline for the withdrawal of non-compliant wines from the market also remained unchanged.
