In compliance with valid legal regulations, it is possible to submit to CAFIA´s objections to a measurement and to a protocol in writing, by word of mouth or electronically.

In case all the steps, necessary for the submission of objections via e-mail, are fulfilled, that is:

• the person submitting objections will be a participant in proceedings, and/or will be empowered by the participant in proceedings to submit objections, and electronic signature will be guaranteed to this person,
• it is possible to consider this electronic submission of objections to be equivalent to the written one.

If the objections are submitted by e-mail without a guaranteed electronic signature, the submission will be considered only as an announcement, and therefore, will not have the effects of proper written submission, unless written or oral form, as in case of a telegraphic submission, is added to the protocol within 3 days.
