After clicking on the "Initiative" icon, an online form displays where you can fill in basic information about the foodstuff – the most important data are product name, when and where the product has been purchased, lot (or best before or use-by date) and the description of the product's condition. Other information about the product – e.g. the name of the producer or a picture of the product – will be very helpful.
