CAFIA inspectors are not authorised to impose fines on the spot.
The card of the inspector is a public document. Falsification or amendment of public documents is a criminal act. The finder of the card is obliged to deliver it at the nearest office of the CZ Police or at any CAFIA Inspectorate. Misuse of the card is a criminal act.
