Warning for consumers: non-compliant foodstuff Hami Nemléčná kaše rýžová

The Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority (CAFIA) ordered company Nutria a.s., V parku 2294/2, 140 00 Prague to withdraw non-compliant foodstuff Hami Nemléčná kaše rýžová (rice pudding without milk content), packaged à 170 g, with best before date (BBD) by: 20/04/2022, lot L: 101248648, producer: Nutria Zaklady Produkcyjne Sp. z o.o., ul. Marka z Jemielnicy 1, 45-952 Opole, Poland. The product has to be withdrawn from the whole market network.

CAFIA received a notification from the European Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed RASFF from the Slovakian supervisory authority that detected presence of bacteria Salmonella enteritidis in the food lot in question.

The inspection carried out by CAFIA confirmed presence of a non-compliant lot of the foodstuff on the market in the Czech Republic. According to the documentation submitted to CAFIA inspectors, the inspected person in the Czech Republic delivered the mentioned lot to the following purchasers: Tesco Stores ČR as, DM drogerie markt s.r.o., Mall CZ, Tamda Foods s.r.o., Rossmann spol. s r.o., Velká Pecka s.r.o., Alza as., Globus ČR v.o.s., and Malvel s.r.o.

CAFIA recommends all consumers who may have the given lot at home that they do not eat it.

CAFIA entered additional information into the European Rapid Alert System for Food and Food RASFF, which enables further investigation of the case and taking measures in the country of origin of the foodstuff in question
