The Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority releases another summary of newly detected significant deficiencies found during the sale of foodstuffs which relate in particular to improper manipulation with use by date or best before date and further misleading labelling.

Another significant detections: sale of 26 kinds of foodstuffs with expired best before dates which were not labelled as such and they were not separated and also sale of 3 kinds of foodstuffs with expired use by dates.
A range of hygienic deficiencies during sale and production of foodstuffs was detected (baking of frozen semi-products – in this case serious deficiencies were detected and ban of using of the premises for food production was imposed)
