We inform that Tesco Stores CR decided to immediately withdraw from sale “Infant Water Adelka 1.5 l”, production date: 15/8/2007, best before date: 15/8/2009, manufactured by Dynymax Group, bar code 8586013880461. This product was assessed as unsafe because it does not comply with microbiological requirements laid down by the legislation. Customers can claim this product as defective at the Complaint Department and will be refunded the full price of the product. The product was withdrawn from all Tesco stores in the amount of 4 473 units.

Customers were informed of the withdrawal by means of a notice displayed on service counters of all stores. The Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority was also informed of the withdrawal. Maximum safety of products is a priority for Tesco. Tesco’s principle is to do everything to meet customer expectations that products offered by Tesco are safe and comply with the legislation.
