Premises of Jiří Dušek in Vrdy produce again

The Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority banned last week production of delicatessen products in premises of Jiří Dušek in Vrdy near Čáslav due to detection of Listeria monocytogenes.

The producer has already carried out complete sanitization of manufacturing premises and provided results of swabs from an accredited laboratory. From these reasons, CAFIA lifted the ban of production in the company in question.
