04/27/2012The Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority releases an overview of new inspection detections. Extending use by dates, selling of foodstuffs unfit for human consumption and misleading labelling of products with mechanically separated meat (meat of the lowest quality) rank among the most significant deficiencies.
