Lahůdky Cajthaml can again manufacture delicatessen salads

The company carried out complete sanitization of manufacturing premises. Control samples, which were analyzed by an accredited laboratory, did not prove the presence of Listeria monocytogenes. The Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority has therefore permitted today afternoon the production of delicatessen salads at Lahůdky Cajthaml.
