The Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority (CAFIA) lifted the ban imposed on production of delicatessen products at establishment of Lubomír Vláčilík in Zlín. Business operator carried out a complete disinfection and sanitization of manufacturing premises and implemented all other measures imposed by the Inspection Authority. He also provided certificate of analyses of samples of freshly made Parisian Salad from an accredited laboratory. Laboratory tests confirmed that shortcomings had been remedied.
Parisian Salad was the reason why the CAFIA suspended production at this establishment on 1 August. According to laboratory analyses, this product with a use by date of 26 July contained Listeria monocytogenes.
