Inspection Authority banned production in Liberec company Limer

The Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority on 5 February 2007 banned the production of delicatessen salads in Limer, s.r.o., Olbracht Street, Liberec.

Laboratory analysis of Vlašský salad (use-by date: 1 February 2007) produced by this company determined the presence of Listeria monocytogenes.

The ban on the production applies until the company provides the Inspection Authority with demonstrable evidence that the production of food is safe.
