Information related to the current change of working hours at CAFIA

Effective as of 12 October 2020 and compliant to the Government Resolution on Adoption of Crisis Measures, we hereby provide information related to the implementation of these measures by CAFIA in relation to the public:

Office hours of the registry offices for submissions in person:

To limit direct contact with the public, the registry office at the Headquarters and the registry offices at regional Inspectorates are open to the public always on Monday and Wednesday between 8:30 and 13:30. This shall be applicable until further notice. Other ways of submission (electronical or by means of the Czech Post – Česká pošta) remain the same without any changes.

Submission of suggestions for inspection:

To limit direct contact with the public, it is possible to submit a suggestion for inspection in person within the above-mentioned working hours of the registry offices, i.e. always on Monday and Wednesday between 8:30 and 13:30. This shall be applicable until further notice.

Other ways of submission of suggestions for inspections remain the same without any changes. (link).
