Food establishment of joint-stock company Gastro Menu Express in Třinec on 8 March resumed production of delicatessen products, for it has implemented all measures imposed by the Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority (CAFIA informed of the reason for suspending the production at Gastro on 27 February in a press release published on its website).

Gastro performed complete sanitization and subsequent disinfection of manufacturing premises (including change in the procedures for cleaning premises and manufacturing equipment). Gastro also submitted negative results of swab samples taken from manufacturing equipment for the presence of Listeria monocytogenes and test samples of Bulgarian spread that complied with the prescribed requirements.
