The CAFIA´s inspectors carried out an inspection at the foodstuffs store Ing. Jan Veleta on the address Bohdaneč 141 in district Kutná Hora. The inspection from 2.4.2012 revealed extensive amount of foodstuffs with expired use-by-date, best before date and foodstuffs with eye-visible mould on their surface. The inspectors banned putting these foodstuffs into circulation.

Also two cooling appliances were found as unsatisfactory because of the mould presence and fouling. The Food Inspection Authority banned their using too.

A measure to remove the deficiencies in the case of accumulated rubbish and store´s damaged equipment was also imposed.

Administrative procedure on imposition of a sanction will be initiated with the inspected person.
