In co-operation with the Customs Office of the Capital City of Prague, the Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority (CAFIA) suspended a consignment of preserved bamboo shoots Mang La Tuoi in the total amount of 2,550 kg packaged ¨¤ 1,300g and originating in Vietnam.

C. 10% of damaged cartoon containers affected by mould were concerned. Mould spread thereinto and posed a risk of contamination of the plastic bags with bamboo shoots inside the containers. Due to this reason, the consignment was detained by the Customs Administration before entered the market of the CR. Therefore there was no risk for consumers.
