The Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority (CAFIA) imposed a ban on the use of premises of Duy Hung Lai seated on Sady Pionýrů 471, 33021 Líně. Detection of significant hygiene malpractices was the reason. During the inspection carried out today, CAFIA found strongly fouled floors and areas of the whole premises as well as the service section. CAFIA further revealed sale of expired foodstuffs and also sale of frozen foodstuffs (namely several pieces of cheese and cauliflower) with missing labelling. With regard to this fact, CAFIA evaluated these foodstuffs as of unknown origin. Based on the detected violations of food legislation, CAFIA ordered the operator to close the premises without undue delay.
The ban shall apply until the operator removes all deficiencies detected, which will be checked by a follow-up inspection. CAFIA will also initiate an administrative procedure on imposition of a fine with the operator.
