Restaurace Zlatý dvůr (inspected person: SLOW FOOD s.r.o.), Husova 242/9, Praha 1 - Staré Město. Overall conditions of the premises failed to meet elementary hygiene standards. The inspectors found filth on the walls and floors, dirty cooling equipment, shelves and other kitchen appliances. With regard to the leftovers on the floor, damaged walls and ceiling and unsuitably adjusted area, also contamination of stored foodstuffs could not be excluded.
eProdejna potravin – večerka Van Hung Nguyen, Drnovice 111. The inspectors revealed that a large amount of mice excrements occurred on several places on the shelves and of the storage. The inspection further confirmed gnawed foodstuffs and paper cartons in the shelves with foodstuffs. Filth, dust and leftovers as well as dusty cobwebs were on the floor and under shelves. The operator further failed to ensure regular waste disposal from the storage where the risk of contamination of foodstuffs by flaking coating was also possible.
Večerka TONDA – Thi Hao Cu, Čáslavská 210, Heřmanův Městec. The operator failed to ensure elementary hygiene conditions for placing foodstuffs on the market. The inspectors found dirty floors, walls and equipment which were contaminated by dust and further filth, further storing of items irrelevant to the subject of business and unsuitable storing of waste. Traces after occurrence of mice were also found and warm water supply was missing at the premises.
CAFIA imposes a ban on the use of the premises in case of unacceptable hygiene conditions at the premises of a food business operator. CAFIA also orders operators to remove the detected deficiencies by means of imposed measures. If the operator fulfils the measure ordered, CAFIA lifts the ban upon a follow-up inspection. In case of serious violation of legislation as regards hygiene, CAFIA initiates an administrative procedure on imposition of a fine. The overview of premises where the ban on the use was imposed is regularly made public to consumers in the new section of the Food Pillory -
Premises. Besides detailed information on inspection detections, also photo documentation is available here too.
