CAFIA banned production of delicatessen products in Ledce at Mladoboleslavsko because of listeria

The Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority (CAFIA) on 20 March 2007 banned the production of delicatessen products at Jiří Lapuník company in Ledce at Mladoboleslavsko. Laboratory analysis revealed that Delicatessen Salad (use-by date: 14 March 2007) made on 13 March 2007 contained Listeria monocytogenes.

The ban on the production applies until the producer demonstrates that the production of food is safe.
