The Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority will give consultancies during Salima, Inteco and Days of Czech Beer, the International Gastronomy Fairs, taking place in March 6-9, 2001, relating to the issues of food business in respect of requirements laid down by the public surveillance.

The stand of the Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority will also function as an information centre for the visitors. They should learn here everything what might be of interest for them about food safety, quality and correct labelling of food products on the Czech market and also about activities of the Inspectorate.
