The Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority (CAFIA) launched today an on-line form enabling entrepreneurs to fulfil the notification duty related to import of selected foodstuffs into the Czech Republic. CAFIA thus significantly simplifies and accelerates the administration associated with Government Regulation No. 211/2014 Coll. of 2^nd October 2014 ordering the food business operators to inform the relevant CAFIA Inspectorate on their imports of certain sorts of fresh fruit, fresh vegetables and potatoes 48 hours ahead.
