New cases of consumers´ misleading

The Inspection Authority publishes the list of serious findings in retail network detected from 28th April to 14th June 2012. Deficiencies which are repeated by retail sellers are manipulation with best-before date and use-by-date. This violation is often particularly in assortment of sliced cheeses and meat products with the obligation to sell the foodstuff by 24 hours from slicing. The consumer has the certainty of freshness particularly when he has the foodstuff sliced during the shopping.
Further the inspectors frequently detected goods misleading as regards the country of origin.
