Obligations of producers to notify, forms, applications

  • to notify to the Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority (CAFIA) of the production of marc wine for private consumption, no later than 7 days before the production is commenced
    The notification is sent to the territorially responsible CAFIA Inspectorate according to the seat of the company
  • to notify to the Central Institute for Supervising and Testing in Agriculture (CISTA, hereinafter “Institute” only) of the commencement, suspension and termination of the production
Note: Commencement, suspension and cessation of the production shall be notify in written form to the Institute, no later than in the day when the production is commenced, suspended or terminated; producer indicates his name, surname and place of permanent residence in case of a natural person; producer indicates business company or name and seat in case of a legal person. Place where the product is made is also indicated. Notification pursuant to this paragraph is recorded into the Vineyard Register pursuant to Section 28 of Act on Viniculture and Viticulture (hereinafter “Register” only).

  • Notification on increasing/decreasing of the content of acids – Annex No.11 of Decree No. 323/2004 Coll.
  • Report on increasing the of the sugar content – Annex No.12 of Decree No. 323/2004 Coll.
    Report on increasing sugar content is sent to CAFIA. The producer can send it as a summary for the period shorter than 60 days starting by the day which is indicated in the notification as the day when increasing of the sugar content started
  • Report on adding sugar – Annex No.13 of Decree No. 323/2004 Coll.

Record on the production of grapes and area of vineyards for payment to the Winegrowers’ Fund – Annex No. 34 of Decree No. 323/2004 Sb.
Producers and growers to which the obligation to send this record applies are defined in Section 35 of Act 321/2004 Coll. – see point 1 a) and b). Record on the production of grapes and area of vineyards (formerly Payment Record) shall be sent to the Winegrowers’ Fund by the producers by the maturity day of the payment at the latest.
